Your spreadsheet is lying to you.
Not maliciously. It just can’t see what actually matters — and the gaps cost you your bestsellers.
Counts you can’t trust
Spreadsheet stock never matches the shelf, so every decision starts with a physical recount. That’s hours lost before a single production call gets made.
Velocity blind spots
Past stockouts drag your averages down, making demand look smaller than it really is. So you under-produce your bestsellers — and stock out all over again.
Alerts that come too late
You learn about low stock from a customer complaint, not from your system. By then you’ve lost two weeks of sales — and the ad spend that drove them there.
From sales history to stockout countdown.
Four steps between signup and knowing the exact date every product runs dry.

Honey Shelf pulls your Shopify sales history and current stock in minutes. Every SKU and every variant is mapped automatically — no CSV wrangling.
Velocity does the math
Each variant gets a corrected daily velocity. Days you were out of stock are excluded, so the number reflects real demand — not gaps in availability.
The countdown starts
Stock on hand divided by corrected velocity: a live days-remaining number for every SKU and variant, updated with every sale and every production run.
Act on the signal
When a product crosses its reorder point — velocity × supplier lead time + safety buffer — you get an alert with a recommended production quantity, days before it’s critical.
The velocity your spreadsheet gets wrong.
A simple average lies. Say the Classic White Kurta sold 84 units in the last 30 days — 2.8 a day, says the spreadsheet. But it was out of stock for 10 of those days. Real demand is 84 ÷ 20 = 4.2 units a day — 50% higher. Honey Shelf excludes out-of-stock days automatically, so velocity measures demand, not availability.
That corrected number drives everything else: a live days-remaining countdown per SKU and variant, reorder thresholds you set once, and alerts that fire with your supplier’s lead time already factored in — early enough to actually do something about it.
- Stockout-corrected — out-of-stock days never drag your average down
- Lead-time aware — alerts fire early enough for your suppliers to deliver
- Per variant — every size and colour gets its own countdown
Classic White Kurta
Inventory that answers back.
Six capabilities that turn a stock list into an early-warning system.
Per-variant countdown
Every size and colour gets its own days-remaining number. A sold-out Medium doesn’t hide behind a healthy Small.
Stockout-corrected velocity
Out-of-stock days are excluded from the math, so demand is never understated — and your reorders are never undersized.
Reorder signals
Thresholds calculated from velocity × lead time + safety buffer. When a SKU crosses the line, a recommended production quantity is waiting.
Raw materials + finished goods
One system tracks both sides: fabric on the shelf and kurtas in the warehouse. Production planning finally sees the whole picture.
Low-stock alerts
Alerts fire days in advance, with supplier lead time factored in — so materials can actually arrive before you hit zero.
Full movement history
Every unit in and out, logged: sales, goods receipts, production output, adjustments. Audit any number back to its source.
Numbers you can defend in any meeting.
